บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม 2) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม เครือข่ายการศึกษาบูรณาการอิสลามภาคใต้ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม เครือข่ายการศึกษาบูรณาการอิสลามภาคใต้ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 64 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 355 คน รวมจำนวน 419 คน โดยการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้  

1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม เครือข่ายการศึกษาบูรณาการอิสลามภาคใต้ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. การเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านทั้ง 7 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

3. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูง กับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเครือข่ายการศึกษาบูรณาการอิสลามภาคใต้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (rxy= .891**)

Thesis Title              The Relationship between Transformational Leadership of School Administrators and Educational Innovation Organization of Private Islamic schools in Islamic Integrated Schools Network Southern Thailand

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were to study : 1) the level of the school administrators’ transformational leadership, as perceived by school administrators and teachers; 2) the level of the school’ s educational innovation organization, as perceived by school administrators and teachers; and 3) correlation between the school administrators’ transformational leadership and the school’ s educational innovation organization, as perceived by school administrators and by teachers; of Private Islamic schools in Islamic Integrated Schools Network Southern Thailand. The samples were used in this research comprised 64 school administrators and 355 teachers who worked in the private Islamic Integrated Schools Network Southern Thailand. Data were collected by questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the research were as follows:

1. The school administrators and the teachers perceived the school administrators of the private Islamic schools private Islamic Integrated Schools Network Southern Thailand as having the overall transformational leadership, at a high level.

2. The school administrators and the teachers perceived the private Islamic Integrated Schools Network Southern Thailand, in overall, as being the educational innovation organization of high level.

3. According to the teachers’ opinion, there was a moderately positive

correlation between the school administrators’ transformational leadership and the school’ s educational innovation organization of the private Islamic Integrated Schools Network Southern Thailand, at 0.01 significance level (rxy= .891**)
